Mac Chung Lynn of Nando’s Malaysia opened her first outlet of the South African franchise in 1997 at a time when food was a gamble and tastes were as-yet unrefined.

Fast-forward a quarter of a century later and Nando's is not only going strong, it's a textbook example of continuous reinvention and improvement.
